The provincial level Technology Center of Jonyang Kinetics is the core competency of the enterprise and the main body for technology innovation. With over 30 years’ history in the research and development of construction machinery, the company has formed strong capability in the product R&D and innovation.

With over 30 years experience in the research and development, the Center has a group of technical leaders of high technology and rich practical experience. At present, the Center has nearly 160 research personnel, which accounts for 11.4% of the overall staff, consisting of 10 with senior titles, 66 with middle titles, one expert enjoying government allowance, one provincial expert, 4 technical leaders of city level and 13 middle-aged and young backbone technicians. Jonyang Kinetics focuses on the accumulation of talent capital, and the company has enrolled excellent specialized talents, established and carried out an inspiring system to accelerate the growth of talents.

Jonyang Kinetics Technology Center establishes advanced research and development platform based on the basic working methods of computerized design, and complete environment for new product examination and inspection. During the process of product research and development, it takes technical means of CAD、CAPP、PDM、MSC finite element analysis, dynamic balance analysis and noise analysis; new technologies, new techniques, new materials and new methods are applied into the product manufacturing.
Jonyang Kinetics always make all-round industry-university-institute cooperation and international technical exchange and often invites foreign and domestic technical specialists and scholars to make technical instructions and exchanges, so as to ensure product innovation and advanced quality.

Jonyang Kinetics concentrates on the independent innovation ability, and fosters the ability in research and development as the core competency of the enterprise. The expense spent in this aspect accounts for about 5% of the annual sales revenue.

Depending on its research and development ability and all-round industry-university-institute cooperation, Jonyang Kinetics constantly makes technical innovation and product improvement. Till now, Jonyang Kinetics has won 9 national science and technology awards, 27 science and technology awards of provincial or ministry-level, and has been awarded in international Construction Machinery Expo for multiple times.
