April 17, 2010 – The Company held the evaluation meeting of 2009 on the quality management system. All the senior executives and major leaders attended the meeting. The meeting is presided by the Vice Director of Quality Control Dept. Mr. Xu Guoyong.
Directors of each department reported the achievements they have made on the quality control and proposed some improvement suggestions on the quality management system. The Vice President Mr. Fang Chongping pointed out that “leaders of each department must highly emphasize on the product quality, center on the customers and maximally meet customer needs; strengthen the process control, improve the education on employees’ quality consciousness, inspire and care for the employees, and increase the employee’s consciousness of participation. Only when all the staff participate in, can the quality level get improved. As there are more and more needs of purchased parts and customized parts made by other plants, we must strength the communication with the parts manufacturing plants so that the quality meets our requirement.”
After the meeting, the Quality Control Dept. sorted out the problems and suggestions proposed at the meeting and handed out the file to each department.
